Pegboard Wall

I hate pegboard. This was one of the first things i ever put in my shop though, and I have re-organized it at least a few times over the years. This is pretty much how it sits now.

Due to the size of my workshop, I didn't have room for a freestanding router table, I typically favor one end or the other of my workbench, not usually the middle. So i built in the router table, the fence is removed and stored with other router accessories under the bench when not in use. (Just realized i took the pic before screwing in the miter track, its done now, I have also closed in the front so that it matches the rest of the workbench.)

Workshop re-arranging

Just re-arranged my workshop last week, Gives me a little more floor space, easier access to my lathe, drill press, and bandsaw. I also took the opportunity to organize my planes and chisels. Only picture so far, I'll add more soon.

First blog post!

Well here it is, the first post. Not much to report other then I think I'll use this to help document my projects and discuss workshop and tool related stuff that's going on. On that note, I blew the o-rings in my butane soldering iron the other day when repairing some circuits. It was a cheap one I bought to replace a previous broken one. I hopped on amazon, and found a the same model as the previous one, and just ordered it... too bad amazon wasn't around when it broke! I didn't find too many videos of it on youtube, so maybe that will be my first video after it gets here. I'll link to...
