Converted my cheap 15 year old Chicago electric welder to DC electrode negative. I haven’t done much welding in the past due to the quality(or lack there-of) of this welder, but after this mod, i have to say it lays down some pretty nice beads. I haven’t had any projects requiring welding yet, but i’ll add some pics when I do.
